Registration Checklist

Follow these steps to register for the program. 

1.) Schedule an Information and Admission Request Call.
2.) Fill out and submit the Application Form (below) before your scheduled call.
3.) Be available at the time of your schedule call with any questions you may have.
4.) Complete and sign:

  • Enrollment Contract
  • Financial Agreement
  • Contract Policies 
  • Terms of Agreement
  • Confidentiality Agreement

5.) Submit your full payment or Non-Refundable Deposit.
6.) Login to your Course Orientation at the scheduled date and time.
